ONTRAC provides specialised Exercise Physiology, Dietetic treatments for WorkCover and injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management and prevention, Physiotherapy, weight loss, senior’s health and overall personal wellbeing.
We create, manage and monitor exercise and diet prescriptions in a safe and comfortable clinical environment. These can make a real difference to your quality of life.
Exercise Physiology is the new way to improve your lifestyle, help you recover from injury, or prevent and manage a chronic disease – all through the careful application of exercise as a treatment and therapy.
It’s exercise with a difference. That’s because Exercise Physiology rests on the principle and practice of using exercise as medicine. Applied clinically, exercise has been proven to increase quality of life, speed up recovery and successfully prevent, treat and improve a range of health-related problems and conditions.
Dietetics is about good dietary habits and optimal nutrition. Having a good diet can make a significant difference to a person’s health and overall wellbeing.
Dietitians practice dietetics. They are experts in nutrition and develop meal plans, help make lifestyle changes and even behavioural modifications to help treat, manage and prevent chronic disease and a range of associated conditions.
ONTRAC’S practitioners are all Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) or Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APDs) and work alongside doctors and other allied health professionals.
Accreditation is provided through the national industry body ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) or DAA (Dietitians Association of Australia).
Private clients often choose Exercise Physiology or Dietetics to help them feel better, prevent illness, manage chronic diseases, or simply to look after their overall health and wellbeing. Click here to read more about staying fit, well and healthy as a private client.

Stretches, specific target areas and post sport massage. Of course massage is always helpful for those tired, sore or stressed muscles.
You can choose either a 30 minute or 60 minute massage.
