Dietetics is about good dietary habits and optimal nutrition. Having a good diet can make a significant difference to a person’s health and overall wellbeing.
Dietitians practice dietetics. They are experts in nutrition and develop meal plans, help make lifestyle changes and even behavioural modifications to help treat, manage and prevent chronic disease and a range of associated conditions.
ONTRAC’S practitioners are all Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) or Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APDs) and work alongside doctors and other allied health professionals.
Accreditation is provided through the national industry body ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) or DAA (Dietitians Association of Australia).

We have a qualified Massage Therapist based at our Campbelltown rooms. Massage therapy is a complimentary adjunct to physiotherapy to assist recovery from sports injuries and prevent re-injury. Massage can include pre-sport warm up,
Stretches, specific target areas and post sport massage. Of course massage is always helpful for those tired, sore or stressed muscles.
You can choose either a 30 minute or 60 minute massage.
