Bree works at all 3 clinics (Bowral, Camden and Campbelltown) where she graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) and further continued her studies at the University of Wollongong graduating in 2016 with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Distinction). Bree has experience working with Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private patients and strives to achieve optimal patient outcomes and goals. Bree is also passionate about hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercise for chronic and inflammatory conditions such as chronic pain, fibro myalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Bree’s areas of interest included musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic disorders, neurological diseases and preventive exercise strategies and management. Bree is also WorkCover accredited and works closely with injured workers to return them to their pre-injury status.

Bree’s interests away from the workplace include classical ballet, in which she trained full time pre-professionally until the age of 19. Bree developed her passion for rehabilitation and conditioning from her training and now uses her skills to teach younger generations of budding dancers.

Craig is an Australian based clinical dietitian, health professional and health coach with over 10 years’ experience in clinical dietetics, in the UK and Australia. Craig has a Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Wollongong, a Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences (in Human Nutrition) from Deakin University majoring in sports nutrition, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in physiology, biochemistry and microbiology from the University of Western Sydney. Craig is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), full member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and currently a mentor for the Accredited Practising Dietitian program. Craig has held a number of senior roles in clinical dietetics within Australia and England and is internationally recognised. Craig has worked at internationally renowned teaching hospitals, university hospitals, cardiothoracic centres and diabetes units in the UK, Cambridge, London and the north of England, in his clinical dietetic areas. He has also been a senior diabetes dietitian in the renowned private medical district in London. Craig has been a clinical dietetic educator both in Australia and in the UK for dietetic students from Kings college of London and Sydney University. Craig has also worked for a major Australian private health insurer as a health coach and health professional across many chronic disease management areas. Craig commenced private practice with ONTRAC in November 2016.

Craig’s dietetic areas have covered diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease, orthopaedics, arthritis, gut disorders (IBS / IBD / Crohn’s, Colitus & Coealic disease), nutrition in surgery, nutrition support (for low body weights and malnutrition), cancer, haematology and weight management. Craig also see’s patients for a wide variety of other nutrition related medical conditions and provides individualised dietary advice and meal plans.

When away from the office Craig has an interest in the health related aspects of martial arts and is a level 2 accredited coach with the Australian Sports Commission, and also enjoys travelling to Asia, cooking, and cycling.

Nick is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2013 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. Nick began his career, working at ONTRAC Bowral. Nick then moved into the corporate health sector, working with a team of medical specialists to provide comprehensive health assessments and reporting for numerous business executives and private clients. He has since returned to ONTRAC Camden as the clinic manager and is extremely passionate about the effect of exercise on an individual’s quality of life. Using his extensive knowledge on movement analysis, Nick can identify weaknesses and inflexibilities in every joint to determine the most appropriate and effective treatment plan for his patients.

Nick’s areas of interest include return to work as he enjoys the creativity and challenge that is involved to replicate the tasks involved at work in the clinic environment. In Nick’s spare time he is an avid exerciser, performing his own gym-based routine throughout the week, and has a real passion for soccer, playing Premier League during the competitive season.

Rachel has 6 years clinical experience working as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist in private practice. Rachel has provided dietetic services to a range of sites including the Southern Highlands Private Hospital and Cancer Therapy Centre as well as local nursing homes. Rachel graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2010 with a Master of Science with Distinction in Nutrition, Dietetics and Exercise Rehabilitation.

Rachel’s areas of interest are aged care, chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and metabolic diseases as well as gastro-intestinal issues including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Rachel’s hobbies include being in the outdoors playing soccer, tennis, gardening and chasing after her active toddler!

Rebekah is our ONTRAC Massage Therapist at the Campbelltown clinic. Bek graduated in 2014 with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Bek is qualified for remedial massage, relaxation, sports, pregnancy, and aged care massage.

Bek enjoys all aspects of massage and is particularly passionate about sports injury massage as it is more challenging and mentally stimulating while being able to help clients.

Bek’s personal hobbies are Olympic weightlifting and learning all I can about the world of weights.

Scott has 10 years clinical experience working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in private practice. Scott graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2007 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport & Exercise Science) and continued his studies at the University of Sydney graduating with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science in 2009. Scott developed a passion for working with patients who had long withstanding, chronic pain conditions and returned to study a Post Graduate Certificate in Pain Management in 2014. Scott is passionate about finding out both the physical and non-physical contributors to long-term pain and ensuring his exercise treatment strategies centre around not only improving pain management but also improving function, well-being and gradually increasing activity levels of these persistent pain patients.

Scott’s other areas of interest are musculoskeletal injuries E.g. low back pain, post-operative joint replacement and inflammatory conditions as well as working with those individuals with chronic diseases such as cancer, poor cardiac health and neurological disorders.

In Scott’s time away from the workplace he competes in iron distance triathlons which is an endurance race consisting of 3.8km swim, 180km cycle and a 42km run! Scott has been competing in triathlons since 2008 and is his passion away from work.

Sheree graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2011 and has 5 years experience working as a practitioner in private practice. She is a driven clinician who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their rehabilitation and health goals.

Sheree is passionate about utilizing exercise as a method of treating and managing chronic health conditions, including cardiovascular disease (heart disease high blood pressure or cholesterol), metabolic disease (obesity, diabetes), neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson’s disease), various type of cancer, as well as many other chronic health conditions. Sheree is also a strong advocate for management of mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, with a structured exercise plan.

Sheree also has experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in rehabilitation pre and post joint replacement.

Sheree’s interests outside of the clinic include 15 years playing cricket and hockey, while more recently she has taken to the soccer field.
